Throughout the year Grads run fundraising events to help augment their grad event.

Year-Long Fundraisers:

crumbl cookies - we have partnered with this amazing business in St. Albert. The first Wednesday of every month from 3-6pm 15% of all proceeds will be donated to PK.

Recycle for PK Grad - gather up your recycle bottles. Drop them off at the Campbell Park Bottle Depot (95 Corriveau Ave). Let them know you are supporting PK Grad 2024. This fundraiser will run until June 2024.

Tupperware - this full year fundraiser will be delivered to your home. 15% of all sales will be donated to Grad 2024. Click on this link to place your order. The link can be shared with anyone in Canada.

The banquet ticket sales took place May 6-10 in the PK Central Gathering Area after school.

If you have any questions or concerns please see Mr. Horb in the front office.

---

Policy at the Edmonton Convention Centre: Table sittings must be groups of 8, 9, 10, or if necessary 11 (tables cannot be fewer than 8 people). If you have fewer than 8 guests you will be seated with another family (see below).

This is how the ticket sales will be organized:
Graduating students were assigned a random number from #1 to #434. The list is posted on the wall across from the front office. Students will purchase their tickets after school in the central gathering area on the specific date assigned to their random numbers as follows:

  • Monday, May 6 #1 to 90
  • Tuesday, May 7, # 91 to 170
  • Wednesday, May 8 #171- 320 (start: 1:00 this day)
  • Thursday, May 9, # 321 and higher
  • Friday, May 10, All that did not buy or want extra tickets

NOTE: Friday, May 10th tickets sales are for:
- anyone who was unable to purchase tickets on their assigned day
- those who want to purchase additional tickets at their table
- larger grad friendship groups that want to group their tables near each other

Scenario 1: If a student is purchasing a table of 8, 9, 10 or 11 tickets, they purchase their tickets on the day assigned to their random number.

Scenario 2: If a student is purchasing less than 8 tickets, they can join together with another student to make a table total number of 8 to 11 tickets, and the two students together purchase both sets of tickets on the day assigned to the student who has the lowest assigned random number.

(Example1: Terry wants to purchase 3 tickets and is friends with Jamie who wants to purchase 6 tickets. Terry's random # is 125 and Jamie's random # is 250. Both Terry and Jamie can come together on Terry's ticket day, Tuesday, May 7th, and both purchase their tickets at a shared table.)

(Example2: Ari wants to purchase 5 tickets and has not found anyone to share a table with. Ari comes on the date assigned to his random number and chooses a table. Mr. Horb will find another student to share a table with his family.)

Scenario 3: If students want tables near each other, they should wait and purchase tickets at the time assigned to the student with the highest number, or purchase tickets on Friday, May 10, 2024.

(Example: Aisha wants to purchase 8 tickets and Bill wants to purchase 10 tickets. They want tables near or next to each other. Aisha’s is number 48 and Bill is number 175. Aisha should wait for Bill’s random number 175 and they can both purchase tables near one another. Or they can both wait until the Friday ticket sales to purchase.)

● The ticket price for the graduation banquet is $(90) per ticket.
● We have never had to limit the number of tickets purchased, but initial sales will be limited to one table per grad (10 or 11) until everyone has had a chance to purchase

There are NO refunds after tickets are purchased, so, please be certain of your numbers. If you are unsure if a guest can attend, let Mr. Horb know at the time of ticket purchase and he can ‘save’ a spot at that table for purchasing later on. Keeping in mind that if this brings you under the seating of 8 person requirement, you may/will be paired with another group. If you have special circumstances requiring a split table, students can discuss this with Mr. Horb when purchasing their tickets.

Please Note:
1. All outstanding fees must be paid before banquet tickets can be purchased.
2. The ticket purchaser should bring a list of allergies or special dietary requests to the day of purchase. There is no extra charge for this.
3. If you are paying by debit or credit card, there is a processing fee of 2.4% added to the total.
